FACTS is the management system we use to track and bill families for tuition, educational expenses, lunch billing, and extended care.

The FACTS enrollment fee is $25 per family if you choose to pay tuition with one or two payments. It increases to $55 for those families wishing to extend payments over 12 months. This fee is paid directly to FACTS when completing your payment choice.
A $200 discount will be applied to tuition-in-full payments received by August 1, 2024.
Re-enrolling in FACTS is not necessary, but families should review their account after receiving a finalization email in June.
FINALFORMS is the platform we use to keep student records up-to-date.
RETURNING FAMILIES: After May 26, 2024, please login to your account and update any out-of-date information. Please click “Submit Form” at the bottom of each page when finished.

Required Documents Copy of (or certified copy) of student's Birth Certificate must be presented at registration.
Student's Immunization Records - Along with documentation from a physician.
Special Situations
Custody Decree - (if applicable) Complete, current legal documentation must be presented at the time of registration. Notify the registrar of any future revisions.
Guardianship - (if applicable) Complete, current legal court documents must be presented at the time of registration.
Special Education Paperwork - (if applicable) The current ETR/MFE and IEP for students with disabilities, or the current Section 504 Accommodation Plan, or Gifted Identification information must be presented at the time of registration, if applicable. An official request will be made to the previous school for these documents as appropriate; however, having the documents upfront facilitates a smoother transition.
